At Franklin Guitar Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if you aren't thrilled with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage your instrument in its original shipping carton, ensuring all tuners, cables, and manuals are included and the guitar is properly secured.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
